Mary and Chad Clapsaddle, Retirement Account

Mary Clapsaddle, Class of 1983, attributes much of her success to her experiences at Frostburg State University. Mary and her husband, Chad, have estate plans that include the Frostburg State University Foundation as a beneficiary of retirement account funds. "Chad and I have been fortunate to have jobs that offer a variety of retirement planning vehicles and as we considered our estate plans, we felt it was important to provide for our family members and to acknowledge our shared value of higher education." Mary's service as the President of the Frostburg State University Foundation has provided first-hand knowledge of students whose educational pursuits have been made possible through the Foundation. "I'm energized by the vision for the future Frostburg State University. It's my alma mater and, through our retirement account designation, Chad and I are creating a legacy."
